This project is composed of two squares in plan, one rotated and inscribed within the others. This creates uneven wall thicknesses which can be used for circulation, to carve out spaces, and openings. The squares are intersected with two circles: one in plan and one above the plan (defining the roof). This forms a truncated cone with an oculus that serves to illuminate the space. The project also intersects geometry in section, with a tilted rectangle (squares in plan) intersecting a trapezoid (circles in plan). The cuts into the geometry are colored in 3D with solid primary colors.
The renderings were created through the use of a digital collage.
