On the verge of collapse

This study focused on drawing structures on the verge of collapse using only distorted Platonic solids in elevation. The idea is to create a self-sustaining structure that supports itself in a counter-intuitive way. The next step after drawing was representing them using digital collage techniques, and finally to build some of them as models (model is made primarily out of wood, with a styrofoam base and sphere component).
